Swatilina's Profile

Swatilina Barik is a Founder and Principal Strategist with over 9 years of experience in U.S. immigration and global mobility, specializing in extraordinary ability and national interest petitions, including EB-1A, O-1, EB-2 NIW, and EB-5.

She works closely with high-skilled professionals, researchers, founders, and investors to build strong, well-positioned cases that align closely with USCIS expectations.

To date, Swatilina has been involved in over 3,000 immigration petitions across employment-based and investor pathways. Her work focuses on understanding each client’s profile, identifying strengths that are often overlooked, and structuring a compelling narrative before any petition is drafted.

Before founding Visa Architect, she led immigration workflows across global teams, managing end-to-end case strategy, petition drafting coordination, and RFE responses across multiple jurisdictions and complex case types.

In addition to her immigration practice, Swatilina is a licensed attorney in India with courtroom experience across civil, corporate, and constitutional matters, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to every engagement.
